About the Instructor:

My name is Alexandra Th. Lalieu, and I am a 4th Dan Certified Soo Bahk Do Master Instructor who began studying martial arts in July, 1986. I currently train weekly at Frampton's Soo Bahk Do in New Windsor under my Instructor, Master Frampton, and monthly at Federation Headquarters in Springfield, N.J. under Grandmaster Hyun Chul Hwang.

As a lifelong resident of Sullivan County, I enjoy helping both young people and adults to achieve their goals. I am looking forward to serving and participating in the continued growth and strengthening of our community through education and awareness.
